All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due before your arrival date. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

Prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Additional charges such as cleaning fees, security deposits, or pet fees will be clearly stated prior to booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by property. Specific cancellation terms will be provided with your booking confirmation. We recommend reviewing these carefully before completing your reservation.

In the event of cancellation by the property owner or Golden Rose Rentals, we will offer alternative accommodation or a full refund.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to treat all properties with respect and care. You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay beyond normal wear and tear. Maximum occupancy limits must be adhered to at all times.

6. Property Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure property descriptions and photographs are accurate. However, minor differences may occur. If a property differs materially from its description, please contact us immediately.

7. Liability

Golden Rose Rentals acts as an intermediary and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during your stay unless caused by our negligence. We recommend guests obtain appropriate travel insurance.
